ATU Art Building


Pipe layers are responsible for laying out pipe systems and equipment according to contract specifications and in a variety of projects. Candidates must be able to operate necessary related equipment and tools. All employees of Van Horn Construction are expected to adhere to corporate policies and values and maintain ethical standards, emphasizing integrity and service.


  • Experience in assembling and installing a variety of metal and nonmetal pipes, tubes, and fittings
  • Able to connect pipes using a variety of joining methods
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Prior pipe fitting experience required
  • Temporary relocation or travel may be required
