Mac Van Horn, no stranger to the construction business, began Van Horn Construction when Russellville was a third of its current population. With experience in every aspect of the business, President Chad Weisler has been with VHC for more than 25 years. He has seen its growth and lead VHC to leave its mark in multiple regions throughout the United States.
