JOB SUMMARY

Van Horn Construction Project Managers provide a commitment to projects through focus, communication, and efficiency. Project Managers are expected to adhere to company policies and values and maintain ethical standards, emphasizing integrity and service.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Project management
  • Budget development
  • Continuous cost/constructability input
  • Value management
  • Project scheduling and phasing plan
  • Coordination of project teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of commercial construction supervisory experience
  • Professionals with additional experience are encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Proficient use of SureTrak Project Manager software
  • Experience using Sage Timberline and/or other estimating software

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time
  • Temporary relocation or travel may be required
  • Must be able to operate power tools and equipment, camera, computer equipment, and cell phone
  • Must be able to operate motor vehicle
